Dominik is renowned for his strategic acumen in advising and representing clients in follow-on cartel damage cases, including those involving ethylene, occupant safety systems, power cables, and packaging. His expertise extends to competition law disputes as well as complex technology-related disputes, encompassing internet law, IT contracts, and data protection liability. Dominik’s practice also spans a broad spectrum of corporate litigation, including shareholder disputes, M&A matters, and directors’ and officers’ liability.
Dominik commented: “Signature Litigation's disputes-only platform and its focus on complex, high-stakes matters made this a natural move for me. I am looking forward to continuing to advise clients on cartel damages, competition law, and technology-related disputes from within a team that shares that same strategic focus.”
Ulrich Helm, a founding partner of Signature’s Frankfurt office, said: “Dominik brings exactly the kind of specialist expertise we set out to build in Frankfurt: deep experience in complex commercial litigation, and a genuine understanding of what clients need when the stakes are high. His arrival strengthens our ability to advise across the full range of complex commercial disputes we're seeing in this market, and we are delighted to have him on board.”
Our Frankfurt team advises clients across the full spectrum of commercial disputes from mediation and civil court proceedings to national and international arbitrations. We are particularly active in the energy sector (including offshore wind and power plant projects), construction and infrastructure, automotive, financial services, and insurance.
