Representing a multinational energy company specialising in oil & gas in multi-million GBP follow-on litigation in the High Court in London against several marine construction companies involved in an international price fixing conspiracy and arising out of the EU Commission's investigation into their anti-competitive practices.

Representing a European premium television channel in a dispute valued in excess of EUR 300m concerning alleged breaches of competition law relating to allocation rights for popular entertainment programmes.

Representing GibFibre Limited, a privately owned broadband operator, in a series of ground-breaking disputes against Gibtelecom, a wholly owned Government company and incumbent telecoms operator in Gibraltar, and its subsidiary, concerning relating to the issue of access by GibFibre's access to Gibtelecom's Data Centre. The disputes involve the first of its their kind challenges under Gibraltar Communications Act 2009 against the decisions of the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority, with appeals to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in London, as well asnd a c.EUR 20m damages claim by GibFibre arising out of allegations of an abuse of dominant position by Gibtelecom contrary to the EU law and (Gibraltar) Competition Act 2020.
