• Representing a machine manufacturing company in a EUR 250m ICC arbitration against a foreign consortium for defects and consequential damages because of an aborted tunnel project under Swiss and French law.
• Representing a German offshore wind turbine manufacturer in a USD 250m lawsuit against the construction company of an Italian oil producer due to one of the largest incidents on a drilling vessel with a court hearing of 27 days before the High Court in London.
• Representing a German drilling rig manufacturer in the English Commercial Court, London in a EUR 250m case concerning an alleged defect.
• Representing a German energy supplier in a EUR 150m court case in London and Paris against a Korean power plant builder arising from delays, malfunctions and defect claims in connection with the repair of a French power plant under English law.
• Representing a wind turbine supplier in two DAB adjudications against the buyer and the operator of an offshore wind farm in connection with numerous defects, delay and obstruction claims valued at EUR 120m.
• Representing a German contractor in 17 parallel DIS arbitrations concerning numerous defect claims in connection with a EUR 100m pulp mill project.
• Representing a German construction and engineering company in its various claims with an overall value of more than EUR 100m against its employer in connection with the design, construction and installation of a drilling rig for the Jotun offshore oil platform and the Oseberg Syd gas platform, located on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, including settlement negotiations, litigation before Norwegian courts in cooperation with Norwegian local counsel.
