Natalia and Pietro outlined how embracing technological advancement and the careful, considered use of AI in the legal profession helps Signature meet the demands of complex international arbitration cases by increasing research efficiency and improving workflows, to offer clients the best possible service.
Commenting on how firm’s might look towards an AI future, Natalia commented, “AI, and Jus AI as part of it, is the future. You need to embrace it and be proactive. Just make sure someone senior is guiding the onboarding and integration internally, and that you’re working collaboratively with your provider to continuously improve the tool.”
Pietro added, “Take the time to learn how to use the tool. It’s not a threat – it’s a resource. You can ride the wave or risk falling behind.”
Natalia leads the strategic development of Signature’s arbitration practice and oversees innovation initiatives, including the integration of AI.
