FIND OUT MORESignature Litigation’s Paris office today announces the promotions of Associates Elias Boukachabine, Alice Decramer and Gaëtan de Robillard to Senior Associates. Elias, Alice and Gaëtan took up their new positions on 1 January 2025.
Elias specialises in commercial litigation and product liability/compliance and toxic tort. He works alongside partner Sylvie Gallage-Alwis. His experience in both arbitration and litigation allows him to have a unique perspective on the French market, including as to how disputes can be efficiently handled and notably be subject to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Additionally, Elias is a member of the California Bar and the Paris Bar.
Alice specialises in product liability, manufacturer/supplier chain and insurance disputes. She has experience in national and cross-border disputes related to product liability for both manufacturers and insurers. Alice also advises clients on regulatory matters and assists companies launching new products. Alice works alongside partners Sylvie Gallage-Alwis and Emmanuèle Lutfalla.
Gaëtan specialises in commercial litigation, product liability, product safety, environment, and climate change related litigation. His experience covers advising manufacturers on the implementation of new obligations they face as a result of the ever-increasing development of ESG regulations and of the circular economy in France. He works alongside partner Sylvie Gallage-Alwis.
