Associate
Bruno is an Associate at Signature Litigation’s Paris office, where he advises French and international clients on civil and commercial litigation matters at both the pre-litigation and contentious stages.
Bruno handles a broad range of commercial disputes before the French courts, with a particular focus on contractual litigation. His practice covers disputes arising from the termination of long-term commercial agreements, including abusive termination claims, as well as litigation stemming from cyber incidents, where he advises clients on liability, damages assessment and procedural strategy. He represents clients in summary and interim proceedings (référés).
In addition to this contentious practice, Bruno has developed expertise in coordinating large-scale group actions across multiple European jurisdictions. Before joining Signature Litigation, Bruno gained valuable experience in the litigation department at White & Case and within the legal department of Air France. He also completed a placement at the French National School for the Judiciary (ENM), equipping him with a deep understanding of judicial reasoning and domestic court procedures.
Bruno holds an LL.M. in International Law and Management from HEC Paris, a Master’s degree in Business Law and Management (MBA) from Paris Panthéon-Assas University, a Master’s degree in International Business Law from Panthéon-Assas and a Master’s degree in General Private Law, also from Panthéon-Assas.
He was admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2026.
A native French speaker, Bruno is also fluent in English and Spanish.
