Myriam Benazza

Myriam is an Associate in Signature Litigation’s Paris office, specialising in commercial and civil litigation with a particular focus on cross-border disputes.

With experience spanning both pre-litigation and contentious matters, Myriam advises on a wide range of commercial and civil law issues. She principally represents international companies in high-profile cross-border cases, and has developed particular expertise in conflicts of law and jurisdiction, as well as the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments.

Myriam regularly advises digital platforms on the full spectrum of litigation they may face, including disputes with individuals, companies and public authorities. She has developed specific expertise in platforms’ liability for online content.

Prior to joining Signature Litigation, Myriam gained two years of experience as a trainee at several law firms in France and Singapore, with a primary focus on dispute resolution. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International and European Law from the Catholic University of Lille, a Master’s degree in International Law and Languages from the University of Nantes, and an LL.M in International Business Law from Panthéon-Assas University. Myriam also studied at Carlos III University in Madrid.

Myriam is a native French speaker and a native English, Spanish and Dutch speaker.
