Associate
Khalil Chlaifa is an Associate at the Paris office of Signature Litigation, which he joined in December 2025.
Khalil has experience in investment and commercial arbitration under ICC, ICSID, LCIA and UNCITRAL rules, as well as in annulment proceedings before the French courts. Prior to joining Signature, he trained at leading international law firms and in-house legal departments.
Khalil has participated in several prestigious international arbitration moot competitions, including the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and the International Maritime Law Arbitration Moot Competition. He now serves as a coach of the Dauphine University Team.
Khalil holds a Master 2 in Arbitration and International Trade Law and a University Diploma in Distressed Companies Law from the same institution. He is admitted to the Paris Bar (Avocat à la Cour).
Khalil is fluent in French, English and Arabic, and has intermediate proficiency in Italian.
