Arthur Lamandé

Arthur Lamandé is an Associate in Signature’s Paris office, where he specialises in commercial litigation and corporate disputes.

With over three years’ experience in this field, Arthur has developed a particular expertise in complex shareholder’s disputes and strategic matters involving key directors. He regularly represents clients in summary and main proceedings before the Paris and Nanterre Business Courts, as well as the Paris and Versailles Courts of Appeal. He is also regularly involved in settlement negotiations .

Arthur advises a diverse client base including entrepreneurs, private equity firms, family offices, startups, medical biology companies and technology firms, with particular focus on the finance, healthcare and technology sectors. His Master in Management from ESCP Business School, with its emphasis on finance and accounting, equips him to navigate complex financial and accounting issues, providing added value to clients facing commercial and corporate disputes.

Prior to joining Signature from Fierville Avocats, Arthur gained experience in corporate and restructuring matters through numerous internships with French leading law firms such as Bredin Prat, Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier and De Pardieu Brocas Maffei.

Arthur was admitted to the Paris Bar in February 2023.

Arthur is a native French speaker and speaks English fluently.
