Senior Associate
Ariane is a Senior Associate in Signature Litigation’s Paris office, where she specialises in commercial litigation, digital platform law, and complex cross-border disputes, with a particular focus on enforcement proceedings.
With over seven years of experience, Ariane has developed particular expertise in exequatur proceedings and international asset recovery, advising clients on the enforcement of foreign judgments across multiple jurisdictions. Her practice also encompasses disputes involving digital platforms and media technology companies, where she has represented clients in civil and commercial litigation against individuals, corporations, and public authorities.
Ariane is dual-qualified, having been admitted to the bar in both Paris and New York, and is a native French speaker with fluent English.
Prior to joining Signature Litigation, Ariane spent three years as an associate at Chatain & Associés, a Parisian commercial law firm.
Ariane was called to the Paris Bar in 2016 and to the New-York Bar in 2014. She is a native speaker of French and a fluent English speaker.
