FIND OUT MORESignature Litigation today announces a further expansion of its white collar and investigations practice with the appointment of specialist white collar partner Vincent Desry to its Paris office. Vincent joins from the Paris office of US law firm Cohen & Gresser.
With over 10 years’ experience, Vincent’s practice focuses on white collar criminal law, in which many cases have a cross-border dimension.
Vincent has built a strong market reputation in advising and defending corporate entities, public figures, and executives in high-profile political-financial cases, as well as in complex business and financial matters. He acts for both French and international clients, as defendants and civil parties. He has represented clients in several landmark French criminal cases, most recently serving as trial counsel for former President Nicolas Sarkozy in the so-called “Bygmalion” case, which related to President Sarkozy’s 2012 presidential re-election campaign.
Vincent has extensive experience spanning fraud, money laundering, bribery, tax fraud, product compliance, misuse of corporate assets, and embezzlement. He intervenes at all stages of criminal proceedings (complaint filing, investigation, trial, international assistance). He has developed specialist experience in contesting criminal seizures and foreign forfeiture enforcement requests.
Vincent joins with a team of two associates, Alix Crocheton and Alix Meslier de Rocan.
