Nora is an Associate at Signature’s Paris office, specialising in commercial litigation.

Nora joined Signature’s commercial and international litigation team in 2024. She has experience of representing clients in high-profile complex litigation in a range of sectors including automotive and luxury goods. Nora primarily assists private sectors companies in both pre-litigation and litigation matters before French civil and commercial courts and abroad. Nora also has experience in assisting clients in out-of-court dispute resolution and in collective disputes.

Prior to joining Signature, Nora trained in the financial, corporate M&A, and commercial and white-collar litigation teams of various international law firms. She also interned at the Paris Commercial Court, thus gaining unique and insightful experience of the day to day procedural conduct and other aspects of commercial proceedings.

Nora was called to the Paris and New York Bars in 2024. She is a native French speaker and a fluent English and Spanish speaker.

  • Representing Renault in worldwide investigations and proceedings relating to NOx diesel emissions, including international coordination and assistance, specifically, in relation to Nox Diesel Emissions Group Litigation in London, a claim of unprecedented scale in the English court, in which more than 1.6 million claimants have issued claims against car manufacturers (and others).
  • Representing a high-profile individual in a nearly EUR 300m dispute involving allegations of undervalued assets and concealment of essential financial information raising complex issues of accounting principles.
  • Representing a leading sports regulator in a EUR multi-hundred million dispute with a multinational energy company concerning negotiation of a sponsorship agreement following its automatic renewal.
  • Representing a leading French automotive manufacturer in French group civil proceedings and related investigations concerning allegations of oil issues and related alleged engine failures.
  • Representing a global spirits company in pre-contentious negotiations to reach a settlement agreement to resolve a dispute arising from the termination of a sponsorship contract with a major sports club.
  • Advising a global leader in technology-enhanced literacy and education products on GDPR compliance of their AI-powered adaptive literacy programme.
