Senior Associate
Clara is a Senior Associate in Signature Litigation’s Paris office, where she specialises in commercial and civil litigation.
With over four years’ experience, Clara advises French and international clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, with a particular focus on complex commercial and civil disputes.
Clara has developed significant expertise in corporate litigation, contractual disputes arising from breach or non-performance, and cross-border matters. Her command of both French and international legal frameworks enables her to guide clients effectively across multiple jurisdictions.
Her clients include multinational corporations and domestic companies across a range of sectors. Clara is known for her ability to navigate intricate legal issues and her strategic approach to litigation, delivering tailored solutions to clients facing high-stakes disputes.
Prior to joining Signature Litigation, Clara trained at several international law firms in Paris and London before commencing her career at Reinhart Marville Torre, a leading French litigation firm, where she practised for over three years. This diverse background has given her a comprehensive perspective on complex litigation in both domestic and international contexts.
Clara holds a Master’s degree in Private International Law and International Trade from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as certificates in Business Law and International Litigation from the London School of Economics.
Clara was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020 and is a member of the Association des Professionnels du Contentieux des Affaires (APCA). Clara is a native French speaker and a fluent English speaker.
